Recuerdo anatómico

  • Nervio tibial L4, L5, S1, S2 (S3): Rama terminal del nervio ciático, responsable de la inervación motora y sensitiva de la región posterior de la pierna y la planta del pie.

​

  • Nervio femorocutáneo lateral L2, L3: Proporciona sensibilidad a la parte externa del muslo, comúnmente afectado en la meralgia parestésica.

​

  • Nervio cutáneo anterior (femoral) L2, L3, L4: Rama del nervio femoral, inerva la piel de la parte anterior y anteromedial del muslo.

HYPOTHESIS:

​

The sensory evoked potentials (SSEP) from the anterior cutaneous nerve will be preserved in cases of neuropathy of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve due to meralgia paresthetica.
