Hi! I'm Ashley, and I created a Health + Life Coaching Program for Mental & Physical Resilience because I know how it feels to deal with depression, fatigue, overwhelm, be in constant survival mode, and feel like like I’m just going through the motions and that there is more to life. I was a burnt-out nurse who thought I learned all the answers from my conventional medical training, until I unexpectedly became the patient myself.
I am a Board-Certified Registered Nurse and have achieved mastery in my field, but I quickly learned a hard lesson: you can have all the knowledge & experience in the world… but unless you know how to listen to your body, manage your time, and prioritize yourself, and actually implement these lifestyle changes, you can never truly thrive or reach your highest potential and quality of life!
After exhausting all conventional treatment options, it was time for me to take matters into my own hands. I invested over $100,000 into all things alternative healing modalities, trauma therapy, energy work, biohacking, and personal development.
I am living a better quality of life than I could have ever imagined: I am happy, healthy, thriving, and doing what I love for a living! I am passionately on a mission to help others learn to do the same!
So, I put together a program to teach my signature methodology using all of the experience and research that has allowed me to go from survival to thriving, not just in health and wellness, but in all areas of life! That is how my coaching program came to life! I want to teach you the most important things that I’ve learned along the way!

You cannot have a great life without your health, but many have not yet learned and embodied the life skills that facilitate the achievement of their goals!
Someone can have the best health protocol in the world put together by the best doctor, but that doesn’t always mean a person follows through with it.
As challenges arise, we work through the obstacles and blind spots that are holding you back. This helps you learn skills and methods (that you will have for life) to achieve your future goals too!
We cover the 5 pillars of Functional Medicine Health Coaching, as well as the life skills necessary to follow through on the goals you set for yourself. We use the Oura Ring and a CGM as feedback tools so you can learn what works for your body, as bio-individuality is key! One size does not fit all and it can be overwhelming to know what best serves you in a world of information overload!
Once you know what serves you and how to take care of yourself, you will have this information for life! The goal is to prevent health conditions and to improve your quality of life now and in the future.
When you sign up to work with me as your coach, we’ll start off with a one-on-one phone call to talk more about your vision and goals. From there, we develop a customized plan to move you through the following steps:
STEP 1: ESTABLISH A BASELINE
In Week 1, we do a thorough intake of your life: the 5 pillars of functional medicine health coaching (sleep & restoration, exercise, nourishment, stress, and relationships), as well as lifestyle plan that works and is realistic for you, mindset and beliefs, and a timeline of your personal history. We do this to establish a baseline, get really clear on what it is you need specifically, and set goals for the next 90 days. One size does not fit all and we want to co-create a plan that truly serves you! The second call is 90 minutes and we review everything in detail. Please know there is absolutely no judgement for where you are today or any of your answers.
STEP 2: CREATE YOUR VISION
Before you can create a plan, it’s critical that you are clear on what you are working towards and where you want to be. Many people want “better”, but aren’t clear on what that looks like for them. We look at many areas of your life and choose an 1-2 major areas that are top priority to you to focus on during our 12 weeks together. Most clients choose health and wellness goals, but it can be related to whatever will serve you the most in your life.

STEP 3: TAKE ALIGNED ACTION
Once you establish a baseline, create a vision and make a plan, it’s time to take action! Not just any action, but intentional actions that intentionally take you closer to where you’d like to be. Each week, we review what went well and what didn’t go well and update the plan accordingly.
STEP 4: WORK THROUGH CHALLENGES
Many of us don’t see the behind the scenes for “successful” people, but the truth is, successful people DO have challenges. They just know how to work through them and keep going! This is where we do mindset work and identify limiting beliefs + patterns that have been holding you back. These can include self-sabotage, perfectionism, procrastination, fear of success, and other behavioral patterns that prevent us from getting the outcomes we would like to have. Once we learn how to work through these blocks, it makes it easier to work through challenges that arise in the future! This is the real work in coaching!
STEP 5: GOAL ACHIEVEMENT
The path to success is not linear. By working together for 12 weeks, you begin to build confidence in yourself and your own ability to problem solve on your own with new techniques and tools we have applied within the coaching container.
