OUR TEAM IS DIVIDED INTO TRAINING GROUPS

• Silver Group: Lowest Miles/New Runners/ Conditioning for Other Sports
• White Group: Introductory Miles/Freshmen, Runners with prior injuries
• Orange Group: Moderated Miles/ Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors
• Black Group: Highest Mileage Group/ Select Juniors and Seniors that have proven to maintain fitness and health
