First, cash payment.

When the farmer hands you the cash. You will go to the app, select the cash option, declare the amount. We allow full and partial amount. Please read and check the information carefully before going to the next step.

At this stage, if your farmer is verified with you through Whatsapp, the receipt for this transaction will be automatically sent to him on WhatsApp. On the other hand, if they only have SMS, you will be redirected to go to SMS. But the message is there with the receipt, all you have to do is send it.

Once you go back, you can see the invoice is updated with holding cash. You have 24 hours to go to the bank and send it to Rize.

When you’re at the bank, you go to that invoice again, and select some major banks we support such as CIMB, BRI, BNI, and also QRIS... choose the payment method and check it out with Xendit

Once the deposit is successful, you will receive the notification, and the the invoice status will update instantly to paid.
