Educational Partner Engagement for Budget Act funds:

The LCAP was discussed during the December Site Council meeting (minutes) and will be on the agenda during future Site Council meetings.

Discussion and action regarding the use of IPI funds took place in public board meeting in October 2021 (minutes).

Recap: Funds were used to pay a portion of 3rd-4th grade teacher salary and to provide a stipend to teachers in recognition of additional time and materials required to bring students back to In-Person Instruction during the 2020-21 school year.

Remaining one-time funds (about $6900) kept in reserve to be used prior to deadline for their use (Aug 2022, link),

The school is continuing to use funding according the the approved 2021-22 LCAP.

The 2021 LCAP was discussed and updated during October 5, 2021 board (updated LCAP available here).

Using fiscal resources consistent with LCAP:

The School received an additional $19,895 in additional state funds since the this year’s budget was passed (June 8, 2021).

These funds are being used to fund the new instructional aide position and directly provide increased services to English learner students.

These funds are being used to defray the costs associated with home-to-school transportation of Underserved Students.
