Montgomery County Working Families Income Supplement ( WFIS )

• Maryland Earned Income Tax Credit offers an additional Earned Income Tax Credit, matched by Montgomery County’s Working Families Income Supplement( 45% of Federal EITC)
• The Montgomery County Working Families Income Supplement is a 100% match of the state EITC for eligible county residents. To receive this credit, residents must file a Maryland Tax return.

Who can apply for an ITIN?�

• An individual who will be claimed as an exemption or dependent
• An individual who does not qualify for a SSN
• What form is used to apply for an ITIN?

Form W-7 and Form W-7 (SP)

In general, what must accompany a completed ITIN application?

• Two Valid forms of ID and Must be in the country longer than 365 days. Must have Income to declare

�¿Who can apply an ITIN?

• You must call 240 777 1123 – Only Wednesdays in our Rockville Office from 11am to 5pm. You must be a Montgomery County Resident.
