It can be common for people to put the form aside with the intent to fill it out, but then they forget! (go to modified version of 1.5 which is modified version of 1.2 without the other option) 02 - I would like to wait longer to see if anyone else responds. (woman- worried face) feedback: Instead of waiting longer, try sending an email reminding your team to fill it out by a certain date! More people will probably respond. (Go to 1.6- which is also a modified version of 1.2) 0.3 - I would like to print it out and offer to give it as a paper survey. (woman ok face) feedback: If you think it might help, this is always an option. You may need to manually input all data from paper surveys for data, but if that doesn’t bother you- Go for it!
