Our Terms

  • THE CONSULTANT requires Client to specify detailed requirements for candidates (with Competencies) as explicitly as possible, preferably in writing, mentioning the following: Position for which the candidate is required, General Experience expected, Educational Background, Details about the Organization, Salary Range etc.
  • THE CONSULTANT will process within seven days to process the Client’s requirement and arrange for interviews with the prospective candidates. THE CONSULTANT will send the Curriculum Vitae of the prospective candidates to the Client immediately.
  • If a candidate referred by THE CONSULTANT was rejected by the CLIENT, for any reason, CLIENT agrees not to employ the same candidate either directly or through some other Recruitment Service or process thereon for a period of 6 months. If CLIENT do so, they will pay the normal recruitment charges to THE CONSULTANT irrespective of any other expenditure or payment made by CLIENT for this purpose. 
  • There will be no charges for just sending the candidates to the client’s office. CLIENT are free to discuss the monetary and other terms of employment with the candidate unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • The candidate will be considered as appointed only on issuing the candidate an appointment letter or on his joining the service under written terms or contract.
  •  On appointing the candidate CLIENT are required to intimate the office of Resource HR Services in writing about the same, indicating the terms and conditions under which the candidate has been appointed.
  • The service charge to be paid to THE CONSULTANT by the client for appointing a candidate referred by THE CONSULTANT locally, will be as per the following chart

Our Terms

  • Level At which Candidate is Hired-Fees payable to consultancy (percentage of Annual *CTC given to the Candidate)
  • Fresher-7%
  • Junior Levels ( Up to Asst Mgr)-8.33%
  • Middle Levels (Manager. & AGM-)10.5%
  • Senior Levels (GM & above)-12%
  •  The service charge will have to be paid by CLIENT to THE CONSULTANT within 30 days from the date of joining of the candidate. The payments will have to be made either by Account payee Crossed Cheques or NEFT.
  •  All communication exchanged between the CLIENT & the CONSLTANT shall be treated as confidential.
  •  Any disputes to the above as far as possible will be settled on mutual discussions. In the event of any dispute, difference or question arising out of or in respect of this agreement or the commission of any breach of any terms thereof or of compensation payable thereof or in any manner whatsoever in connection with it, the same shall be settled by Arbitration by a Sole Arbitrator mutually appointed by CLIENT and the Consultant, under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of Arbitration will at Pune. The award so given shall be binding on the parties hereto. The terms of this agreement are subject to Pune Jurisdiction only.
  •  This agreement shall be governed and construed under the laws of India. The courts located at Pune shall have exclusive jurisdiction over this agreement.
  •  THE CONSULTANT agrees that it will not recruit or head hunt any of the employees of the CLIENT for any of its other clients or for its own offices or branches. Similarly, the CLIENT agrees not to recruit or head hunt any employee of Resource Hr Consultants either directly or through an agent for its own offices or branches for a period of 1 years from end of this contract.

Our Terms

  • THE CONSULTANT agrees to replace with a suitable candidate referred by THE CONSULTANT and employed by the client provided:
  • If the candidate leaves the employment of the CLIENT within a period of 90 calendar days from the Date of Joining,
  • If the candidate has left on his/her own free will and,
  • If the payment for the candidate has been received by THE CONSULTANT for the candidate within the time stipulated in this agreement
  • The client will set - off the same amount if paid against other positions closed only when the candidate referred by the CONSULTANT leaves the employment.
  •  TERM & TERMINATION: This Agreement shall commence on 1st of April and will be valid for one year. After the completion of One Year, the agreement will be automatically renewed on Year on Year basis and shall continue in effect until terminated by either of the parties by giving 30 days written notice in advance by either party to the other party to this agreement.
