What is your thought life?

We average about 6200 thoughts per day (that spirals into 30,000 -50,000 thoughts per days.)
80% of those thoughts are negative
95% of those thoughts are repetitive from the day before

Philippians 4:6�(two translations)

AMPC Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition (definite requests), with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God.
MSG Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life.

Selah Engagement

Selah means to pause or suspend.

ENGAGEMENT: Take a moment to acknowledge and own those times we have prayed emotionally, full of worry, anger or even sinful prayers.

John 4:23-24�(two translations)

KJV ²³But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. ²⁴God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
MSG Your worship must engage your spirit in the pursuit of truth. That’s the kind of people the Father is out looking for: those who are simply and honestly themselves before him in their worship. God is sheer being itself—Spirit. Those who worship him must do it out of their very being, their spirits, their true selves, in adoration.”
