Possession: The Preposition DE

In Spanish, the preposition DE is used to express that something BELONGS to someone. DE means OF.

It is a VERY different construction compared to English.�In English, we use an apostrophe: ‘s

*Remember if the article "el" comes after "de" you need to contract the two words to "del":
