Normally there are 2 ways to enter Freight conditions:
So, you need to first verify what Freight condtion types the customer is using (is it standard SAP FRA1, FRA2, FRB1, FRB2, FRC1, FRC2, these 6 types are without access sequence in standard SAP and therefore cannot be created using MEK1), but you check the SPRO if an access sequence was assgined or not. You need to also find if the customer is using user-defined Freight Condition Types with or without access sequence). Once you verifice no access sequences for Freight Condiiton Types the customer is using, then the likely method of Freight Conditions can be entered is via the Purchasing Info Record. (Follow the steps to check the table for conditions created via MEK1, after locate condition record no. then goto table KONP)
To be able to create Freight condition via MEK1, the Freight condition must have an access sequence ...
Eg: I now assign access sequence to FRA1
I can now enter FRA1 10% for vendor T-K500A20
In MEK3 enter the Freight Condition Type, click
Comdintion Information
You can leave ALL field blank except Valid from as today
Switch to ALV Grid
