  2. via Create Conditions (MEK1) (but the Freight Conditon types must have an access sequence)

Normally there are 2 ways to enter Freight conditions:

  • Purchasing Info Record (via report ME1L, ME1M)
  • via Create Conditions (MEK1) (but the Freight Conditon types must have an access sequence)

So, you need to first verify what Freight condtion types the customer is using (is it standard SAP FRA1, FRA2, FRB1, FRB2, FRC1, FRC2, these 6 types are without access sequence in standard SAP and therefore cannot be created using MEK1), but you check the SPRO if an access sequence was assgined or not. You need to also find if the customer is using user-defined Freight Condition Types with or without access sequence). Once you verifice no access sequences for Freight Condiiton Types the customer is using, then the likely method of Freight Conditions can be entered is via the Purchasing Info Record. (Follow the steps to check the table for conditions created via MEK1, after locate condition record no. then goto table KONP)

I have no idea what’s the table for MEK3, this is the only way I know how to check Condition Number for MEK1 created condiiton records before going to KONP table.
