Important JV LISEF Liaison Deadlines

Reminder for JV Liaisons

• Students CANNOT register until you register yourself and your school.
• Once you register as a liaison you are also an Adult Sponsor.
• YOU DO NOT NEED TO ADD YOURSELF AS AN ADULT SPONSOR.
• Students CANNOT complete registration without and Adult Sponsor, so if you need to “Add Adult Sponsors” do so as soon as you register.
• Remember Adult Sponsors CANNOT register on their own. They must be added by the liaison, then they will get an email with a link to register as a AS.

In the top right corner of the website, select “Register” to “Create User“.

First and Last Name, email address (non-school preferred to avoid getting LISEF emails sent blocked by school firewalls), phone number(s), and a password are required to create an account.

An email will be sent to the user to verify the account.

Once your account is verified, you can proceed via the emailed link, or click on “login” on the top right of the website. You will then have the ability to register as liaison or student

After you make your selection, you will be asked to add school information

Liaison Dashboard

From the dashboard, liaisons can add “additional registrations”. This is where liaisons can add additional LISEF schools, JV schools or Middle Schools IF they serve as the liaison to multiple LISEF affiliated fairs.

You need to do this for every fair you are the liaison for:

After you make your selection, you will be asked to add school information such as address, accounts payable, IRB/SRC chair, etc.

Reminder for ALL - Once you use “Register” to “Create User“, click “Login” to login to your dashboard.

Register Judges

First thing once you register school. Cannot move on without adding at least one judge. You can always add additional judges (depending on how many are needed per projects you are bringing) or edit what has been entered.

JV Adding and Editing Judges

ISEF Forms and Student Paperwork

• Also Due on January 24th by 4:00 PM
• In lieu of submitting ISEF Forms, Adult Sponsors, liaisons, principals and mentors (if applicable) will be asked to complete the 2025 JV LISEF Project Description Google Form
• This form will allow teachers to confirm that each project complies with both the LISEF and ISEF guidelines.
• Students should bring all their appropriate forms the day of the fair and be able to produce them upon request of the judge.

Media Release Forms

• Due by March 1st
• Deadline to receive all JV LISEF Media Release forms .
• All forms must be submitted via JV Media Release Google Form.
• Bring all signed originals the day of the competition.
• All students, liaisons, and judges must ALL complete their own Media Release form.
• You will need to create a PDF of each student/adult media release form and merge it into ONE singular PDF.
• The ONE singular PDF of all merged forms should then be submitted through the JV Media Release Google Form.
