During one of our weekly meetings, officers made candy bags. We put a little paper in the bag wishing students good luck on their exams.

On a beautiful Saturday, officers went to downtown Lafayette to help set up for the Hunger Hike. The Hunger Hike is an organization that works to end local food insecurity.

After hours of working, our job was done! The officers had successfully put up the backdrop! The Hunger Hike organization had a great day and raised lots of money to put back into the community.

The homecoming parade is just around the corner! Our idea for the float was very unique and definitely Purdue inspired. We wanted to put the Bell Tower, a significant landmark at Purdue, on top of the moon! This idea represents how far Purdue has gone, which has literally been to the moon!

We had a great speaker from the Center for Career Opportunities. We discussed how to build up our resumes. We received wonderful feedback from our members saying that they appreciated the help with their resumes!

Publicity Coordinators, Claire and Elizabeth, created the lovely display case in the Stewart Center! This display case helped spread the word and information about ALDPES!

Officers participated in the 2021 Winterization, which was an event that helped local elderly citizens to clean their yards and get their homes ready for winter!

Here is our holiday all member meeting! We all pitched in and made gift boxes to be sent to children around the world! We worked through the Good Samaritan Organization. We also asked members to bring non-perishable food so we could donate the items to the local ACE Campus Food Pantry!

We used old ALDPES t-shirts to make tote bags. We donated the tote bags to the YWCA Greater Lafayette along with other items. The YWCA is a local organization that works to end racism.
