MONTHLY REPORTS

• As you know, Partners in Reading tracks hours for grant reporting purposes.

​

• An automated monthly report will be sent to you on the 25^th of each month. You can access the report when you login. This report will close the 5^th of the next month, and are for the total monthly hours and roles & goals.

MONTHLY REPORTS (LEARNER LIST)

• We are trying to keep the reports simple: where you tutored, Instructional hours, preparation time, roles & goals progress, a rotating question, and if you need additional materials or help.

​

• If you have more than one learner, both names will be on the report. Name(s) should be selected by default. You will be asked the same questions for each learner.
• If a name(s) are not selected by default, simply check next to the name and the report will update

• When you select a new role and goal, a progress tracker will appear

• We can customize Roles and Goals and progress tracker, so let us know what options may be good additions for you.

For new goals that were just discussed with your learner, select Only Set This Period.

WEEKLY REPORTS (GOAL TRACKING CONT)

After your first report, following monthly reports will ask for progress on previously set goals. You can see past report notes about goals in Previous Updates.

Choose Made Progress, No Progress, Met, or Dropped.

Goals can be repeated and met multiple times.

WEEKLY REPORTS (ROTATING QUESTION, NEW MATERIALS, AND DANGER ALERT)

• We will ask a rotating question each month to gain a bit more information. We also ask if you need new materials or tutoring resources.

• If a learner may be in danger physically, emotionally, or mentally, please alert PAR. You may also email or call PAR or your LPS at any time. Otherwise, do not click this box at the end of your report.

MONTHLY REPORTS (SUBMISSION)

• Click Submit or Save progress and complete report later. If saving to complete later, choose option 2, then click Save to exit.

• Once you are reporting your total monthly hours through America Learns, you do not (are not expected to) report them through Better Impact.

​

• Will receive automated reminders about missing reports

​

• If you make a mistake, let PAR know and we can re-release the report to you to update.

​

• Feel free to explore the site and its strategy database!
