  • Create recruitment pipelines to source new talent
  • Ensure that all projects have top talent that meet the organization’s needs and can execute projects to a professional finish

Technical Recruitment Director – Manage sourcing and assembling top student developer teams for Alliance’s consulting projects by building strong recruitment pipelines across member chapters.

Chapter Growth Director Leads efforts to recruit new universities into the Alliance, expanding the network across North America and beyond.

  • Shape the Alliance’s external narrative through professional materials that attract and persuade high-level partners, sponsors, and funders.
  • Develop pitch decks, sponsorship packages, one-pagers, and partner proposals.
  • Craft storytelling and key messaging for partner meetings and VC pitches.
  • Support directors and VPEA in preparing high-stakes presentations.
  • Maintain brand consistency across strategic documents.
  • Superb writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
  • Experience creating business development or investor materials.
  • Familiarity with the AI and tech ecosystem.
  • Design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe) are a plus.

Finance and Internal Operations Director – Work closely with VP Internal Affairs to manage finances, facilitate internal processes, and engage with chapter clubs.

  • Coordinate with chapter leads to ensure consistent operations and information-sharing
