- Meet With Your Counselor to review graduation and post high school information
- Review your 4-Year Plan (ICAP) to make sure you are on track to graduate: Courses/credits, College & Career Ready Demonstration, Volunteer hours
- Create a 12th Grade Postsecondary SMART goal and action plan
- Complete Your Journey
- Do well in your classes. Don’t slack off and take ‘easy’ classes. Some colleges will take this into consideration when determining admission. Work hard all year long, second semester grades can affect scholarship eligibility
- Attend college fairs, visit colleges/universities, meet with college reps that visit CCHS
- Continue to stay involved in extracurricular activities and update your resume
- Apply to college(s) or technical schools, apprenticeships and/or other pathways
- Retake SAT/ACT if needed
- Finish personal statement
- Complete Senior Survey
