Student Info Search

  1. Navigate to Students, then Student Info
  • In the Search box, enter the student’s information: full or partial name, or student ID number.

Click Search All Schools to find students at other schools.

Available schools are based on individual profile permissions.

  • Access Student Info Page

Select the student’s name to open the Student Info page.

The General Demographic page will appear by default, depending on the User Preferences.

The Primary Info tab displays the students DISPLAY name and gender.

Address and Contacts will display the student’s address along with contacts at the address, additional custodial contacts and emergency contacts.

Once siblings are connected, they will appear as linked students.

Once parents have portal accounts, they will appear as linked users.
