Specific objectives of this work package

Develop the ATHENA curriculum on teaching AI for social inclusion and civic engagement, which includes learning objectives, teaching outcomes, and training objectives

Create lesson contents and plans to support the curriculum (June- August 2024) 18:6= 3 Per Partner

Organize a staff training session to teach teachers how to use the curriculum to help refugee students adapt (Bursa August).

Organize two three-day camps in very partner country, with 30 native and 30 non-native students in each camp, where a model EU and a model UN will be created to discuss the ethical use and development of AI.

Create a report entitled "Digital Leaders' AI perspective" regarding the ethical use of AI with the guidance of teachers.-(24 teachers of the students involved)

Organize an international student exchange program to promote mobility among students (Czech- January 2025)

  • ATHENA Curriculum On Teaching AI For Social Inclusion Proposes And Civic Engagement will be developed, which will include learning objectives, teaching outcomes, and training objectives. Additionally, lesson contents and plans will be created to support the curriculum. The staff training will be 5 day long.( 20 people 4 min per partner)

It will cover the following agenda

Day 1 - How to use the curriculum.

  • Day 2 - How to use lesson plans.
  • Day 3 - Practical teaching session.
  • Day 4 - Practical exercise ''Growing digital leaders‘’
  • Day 5 - Validation of learning outcomes with Europass Mobility. - Evaluation of the LTTA. - Brain storming.

  • Each partner will organize two camps, each of which will be three days long and will involve the participation of 30 native students and 30 non-native students. In each camp, a model EU and a model UN will be created, and participants will discuss the ethical use and development of AI. With the guidance of teachers, the students will create a report entitled "Digital Leaders' AI perspective" regarding the ethical use of AI. The aim will be to increase students' critical thinking, decision making, civic engagement, active citizenship and communication skills. - 12 (2 per partner, 1 per each Camp).

  • An international student exchange program(not 14-18 Years old but 10-15 )will be organized to bring pupils together and promote mobility among them. It will be a five days long LTTA. During the training, the following agenda will be covered: - Czech Republic 20-24 January 2025
  • Day 1: AI and future.
  • Day 2: AI and digital leadership.
  • Day 3: AI and norms.
  • Day 4: Ethical use of AI and normative values.
  • Day 5: Reflections, validation of learning outcomes and certification ceremony.

Note: During the students mobility activity, cultural activities and school visits will be held.
