% Students Reading At or Above Grade Level in Spring Fountas and Pinnell Benchmarks

65% K-5 students were reported as reading at or above grade level in the Spring 2019 F&P Benchmarks (This is a decline from 72% in the previous year.)

72% of general education K-5 students were reported as reading at or above grade level in the Spring 2019 F&P Benchmarks

Beginning in summer 2019, our district has partnered with Rutgers for the New Jersey Tiered System of Supports-Early Reading initiative for the next three years. In this first year we are analyzing our programs with our state coach and began administering a new assessment, the DIBELS, in addition to our F&P benchmarks.
