The Quiver mobile app (for iOS & Android) brings Augmented Reality coloring sheets to life on a tablet or smartphone.

Quiver requires a backward-facing camera & iOS 12 or later. For Android, it requires minimum Android 7.0 "Nougat" (API Level 24).

1) Register

​

Go to: dashboard.quivervision.com

​

Click the “Register” tab.

​

Create a new Quiver account using your email or sign up using an existing Google/ Microsoft account.

​

2) Verify Email

​

On completion of registration, you will receive a verification email.

Please verify your email address before you proceed further & start your free trial.

​

3) Free trial

​

Once your email is verified, the free trial will automatically start. It will be for 7 days & you will get access to 10 seats (10 devices). You will also receive an email to confirm the same. For additional seats & continued usage, you can purchase any of the license plans available on our Education dashboard (during free trial or after free trial has expired).

4) License Plans

We have four plans available: 10 seats, 30 seats, 75 seats and 150 seats, each with monthly and annual options. You can subscribe to the plan of your choice. License terms are available on this page.

5) Purchase License & Subscribe

After selecting your preferred plan, all you need to do is enter your payment details to subscribe.

6) Create a Class

Once you have an active license plan, you can create a new class and add students to the class.

You can remove or rename the class anytime.

7) Adding students

• A class join code is automatically generated every time you create a new class.
• You can add students to the class now (one at a time or using “Student Upload Excel Template” option)
• Once a student is added, they are assigned a clipart (for them to use when joining the class in the app).
• You can remove or rename a student anytime.

8) Share Join code with class

​

You can share the join code with the students in many ways.

​

The easiest way is downloading and printing the Student PDF/Class PDF. This has step by step information on what a student needs to do (all student PDFs can be downloaded with one click).

​

You can let the students take that printout home so that they can enjoy the Quiver magic with their parents.

9) Joining the class

​

• Download the Quiver App and scan the “Join Class” code.

​

• After scanning the join code, the student select their name and clip art to join the class.

• If scanning isn’t working, you can join using the six digit code on the PDF. Open the “Manage Access” option in the app and enter the code there.

10) Scan the Augmented Reality Coloring Sheets�

Once the subscription is active, follow the instructions on the coloring sheet footer to enable the AR experiences.

Scan the QR Code at the bottom of the coloring sheet. Then scan the coloring sheet as a whole to bring it to life.�

We have over 150+ coloring sheets on our website! You can also select an experience from the Quiver library.

11) Active Users / Leaving a Class�

You can check which students are active on the dashboard under the “Active Users” option. It also allows you to clear the seats and log students out of your class.

A student can choose to leave a class directly from the app under the “Manage Access” option.

12) Add Multiple Teachers

​

Plans for 75 seats, 150 seats & 500 seats offer extra features to make it easier for the account to be accessed and used by several teachers. This makes classroom management much easier as multiple teachers can create & manage their own classes within the same license plan. The admin can also remove a teacher anytime.

To add a new teacher, you simply:

• Go to the “My Profile” section, using the button in the top right corner of the dashboard
• Click on the “Add teacher” button in the Teachers panel.

13) Classroom management

​

Once additional teachers are added, the administrator, as well as guest teachers, can create their own classes, and even “pin” their classes at the top of the class list for easier access.

14) Upgrading or Cancelling a License Plan

​

You can upgrade or cancel the license anytime. To upgrade a plan, you just need to click “Upgrade Plan”,

and upgrade as per the choices available. To cancel a plan, you just need to click “Cancel Plan”.

Please notify all your students before cancelling the plan so that they don’t face any issues.

Follow these simple steps to start using Education Dashboard with your students!

Using an activity plan alongside your Quiver AR sheet can unlock a deeper understanding whilst having fun in your classroom!

Choose any coloring sheet from our website, and an activity plan that accompanies it. Some examples:

What is a seat?

The number of seats in your subscription represents the maximum number of students that can be using the subscription at any given time. Examples: If you have a 10 seat license plan a maximum of 10 students can be using your subscription at the same time. If you have a 75 seat license plan a maximum of 75 students can using your subscription at the same time. One important thing to consider when deciding which plan is best for you is whether you want your students to take the Quiver content home to use with their families. If this is something you plan on doing, then we recommend ensuring each student has their own seat to ensure they can always use the subscription whether they are at home or at school.

Can a student use a license at home with their parents?

Yes, if the teacher/school purchases 30 seats for 30 students, then a student can use the same license on their parents devices at home. However, if a teacher/school purchases only 10 seats for 30 or more students, then students cannot use Quiver with their parents at home.

Does Quiver work on Chromebooks?

Unfortunately, Quiver does not work on chromebook. We will be working on a solution to this in near future.

​

Can a teacher/school purchase more than 500 seats?

Yes, if you want to purchase more than 500 seats, please contact us directly.

​

Can a teacher use a license with multiple classes?

Yes, the license can be used with multiple classes and students.
