- “The Chemistry of Teams:” worked with mid-level and senior level executives to increase team performance. Participants learned how to harness their teammates innate strengths to drive results, and understand weaknesses to element wasted time and energy.
- “Leadership Through MBTI:” worked with Urban’s executive team to facilitate a leadership training. Participants walked away with action plans to implement critical leadership style modifications where appropriate, providing them with the knowledge needed to be great leaders.
