The data was filtered with E-Prime and outliers (8.2 % of the prime and 9.4of the target).were deleted with R.
1. There was a main effect of motion in primes, F(1,289)= 33.4 , p<0.001. Towards primes were responded significantly faster than away primes.

Discussion
According to Perceptual-Simulation Hypothesis, motion events leave trajectory in space and time,path is a part of mental animation (Coventry et al. 2013).
“Towards” events have a path since the destination is participants themselves, and it is quicker to predict the time of them. On the contrary, “Away” events do not have a destination and hence path, therefore, it is slower to respond to them.

2. Participants were more sensitive to visual input than to linguistic input, which has implications for interpreting. Sight translation is influenced by visual clues (Shreve et al. 2010) and its mechanism may be different from that of written translation.

3. Participants were primed by visual movements and construed time in a consistent manner. They projected motion onto time while translating. Interpreters deal with the asymmetries of the two temporal schemas in accordance with their embodied experience and the real cognitive environment.
