This city is a welcoming place for asylum seekers. In the past we had a Lunch for asylum seekers and refugees every week at the YMCA at LA1 1EZ, but because of coronavirus this is not possible. However, there is lots of support and opportunities for asylum seekers. There is lots of information online at www.refugeehome.uk including in different languages.
