7.Jesus replied, "You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand."

8."No," said Peter, "you shall never wash my feet." �      Jesus answered, "Unless I wash you, you have no part with me."

9."Then, Lord," Simon Peter replied, "not just my feet but my hands and my head as well!"

Tools for the Pedicure

You will need at least items 1-5

Never share pedicure tools/items

    • 1. Basin/tub with warm soapy water
    • 2. Emery file
    • 3. Cuticle stick (orangewood stick)
    • 4. Toenail Nail clipper
    • 5. Pumice stone
    • 6. Cuticle clipper
    • 7. Emery Sponge (White block buffer)
    • 8. Polish: Base coat, color, top coat
    • 9. Nail-polish remover
    • 10. Cotton pads (not cotton balls; those are too linty)

Steps to the Perfect Pedicure

Soak feet in a warm soapy solution

Apply lotion for exfoliating with the pumice

Exfoliate with pumice

Push back & cut cuticles

Smooth nail surface with emery sponge

Clean nails with polish remover

Add polish if desired

Steps to the Perfect Pedicure cont.

Polish Nails:

First use a base coat (protects nails and helps polish to adhere)

After base dries, apply 2 coats of color

Finally, after color dries, seal with a topcoat (base and topcoats could be the same clear polish)
