  • Minimum of 28 Credits recommended by Buncombe County Schools
  • 4 Math Credits
  • 4 English Credits
  • 4 Social Studies Credits
  • 3 Science Credits
  • 1 Health/PE (CPR course) Credit
  • 1 Fine Arts Credit (can be obtained during middle school)
  • 1 Computer Science Credit ?????

SCHEDULE CORRECTIONS FOR 2025-2026

Student schedule corrections will only be considered for the following reasons: 

  • 12th grader needing to take/retake a course to meet graduation requirements.
  • Student is missing a prerequisite (Ex: Spanish II without Spanish I)
  • Student has a class listed more than once.
  • Student has all 4 core classes in one semester.
  • Student is missing 1/2 of a yearlong course.
  • Student has a HOLE/COURSE CONFLICT in schedule (missing an entire period)
  • Student needs to retake a course due to failing it previously.
  • Student wants to increase rigor.

All other schedule change request WILL NOT be granted!
