Schedule a date and time of the event using the available online tools e.g Zoom, Google meet etc
Ensure that before the event start you must ensure to be already logged into the meeting platform at latest 10 minutes before the start time to test run the meeting.
Recording of session is vital as there will be participant who will not be available for the meeting. This will help them to catch up on what was discussed or getting the necessary information that was passed on.

Discuss with your team where you met with success and areas you had challenges.
Always stick to the timeline and release results and send out prizes as at when due.

Visit the venue and ensure that all facilities you need are ready and available for the event.
Communicate details of the events such as the location and time as well as directions to the venue to aid participants in getting to the venue early and not getting lost on the way.
