Additional Information

  • The counselors will be available M-TH the week we return from break both during lunches and after school in the CCRC. Bring both forms if you need to meet with them.
  • There will be a change window from April 28th-May 9th during which students can alter their original requests.
    • Certain courses are not run based on the initial request numbers, so please encourage the students to choose wisely the first time around.

Additional Information

  • Many students will get their first choice, but not all.
    • Students should be thoughtful with their second and third choices since that is what they will get if their first does not work.
    • If a student does not put in an alternate, they are giving the counselor the authority to select if the first choice does not work.
  • Students can review course descriptions in the Course Guide, located on the Kamiak Counseling Website.

Your Task: Use the remaining class period to research classes and work on forms.

  • First do the Credit Evaluation Sheet (white) then move on to the Registration Sheet (yellow).
    • You should not complete the registration sheet in pen until you are 100% confident in your selections.
    • If you have questions on how to fill the registration form, rewatch the video and/or come see the counselors during lunch drop-in time.
  • If you have completed both the Credit Evaluation Sheet and the Registration Sheet, you may begin entering your requests into Qmlativ. You are required to do both.
