In this unit we talk about the 7 areas of wellness, food habits and consumption trends, how to read food labels, foodborne illnesses, and how to access community resources for nutrition!

  • In this unit we discuss the macro and micronutrients. We go into details about the function of carbs, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals within the body.
