  • The IC has 4 independent operational amplifiers on a single chip.
  • These operational amplifier can be made to work like independent comparators.
  • The op-amp when used as a comparator is used to compare the voltages at inverting and non-inverting terminal.
  • When the input at non-inverting terminal is greater than input at inverting terminal the output will be at positive saturation voltage and vice-versa.
