The Winterthur-Doha Declaration is intended to build upon the advances and address the gaps in IPECP implementation evidenced over the last decade. Its articles address policies and actions necessary to sustain these achievements and to build upon them for the next decade.

APIPEC Mission & Goals

  • Mission:  �The APIPEC Network aims to connect IPE/IPC champions in the Asia-Pacific region and promote interprofessional value in healthcare and health professions education practices. 

  • Long term goal: �APIPEC Network will become an established IPE/ IPC regional network under IP.G. �
  • Short-term goals: �Spearhead biennial meetings to harmonize activities among local IPE/IPC networks to: �1. Foster exchanges within formal IPE/IPC programs within the region (teaching, research) �2. Exploit the power of technology and social media by producing livestreaming content to promote IPE/IPC in education, practice, and research. �3. Facilitate a mentoring mechanism between IPE/ IPC champions and students/practitioners �
