  • Federal Report - ETA 9054 APPEALS TIME LAPSE

  • LAA Time-Lapse:
    • The acceptable level of performance (ALP) is 60% of LAAs decided within 30 days of filing and 80% of LAAs decided within 45 days of filing.
    • Secretary Standard found in 20 CFR 650.4

  • HAA Time-Lapse:
    • The ALP is 50% of HAAs decided within 45 days of filing and 80% of HAAs decided within 75 days of filing.
    • A Management Information Measure (MIM) found in Handbook 336, 18th edition.
