Media Literature for Elderlies
Project Summary
Overview
Our project's objective is to enhance the media literacy skills of seniors. The budget allocated for this project is RM500. We aim to equip seniors with the knowledge to make well-informed decisions and become active members of their communities.
As the project is still ongoing, we have only been able to educate participants individually, and we have utilized only a portion of the allocated budget. Participants were given goodie bags and flyers as a token of appreciation.
Project Details
Currently, we have only been able to accomplish a small fraction of what we had planned. Our current number of affected individuals is approximately 20 participants. Our target demographic is elderly individuals above the age of 50.
Our program started on January 1st and is still ongoing. We have interviewed participants from Sekolah Menengah Sultan Abdul Halim, who are visiting their children on weekends.

Challenges Faced
During our project, we encountered several time-based and human-caused challenges. For example , we could not get in contact with our teachers during the holiday . other than that the given time for our project unfortunately was our examination dates. nevertheless, we still worked as hard as we can to achieve our goal .
Outcomes Achieved
Our organization's projects have successfully impacted the lives of many parents and elderly individuals. We are committed to continuing our efforts to improve the lives of those around us. We appreciate your support in our mission to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Lessons Learned
During our project we learned to schedule our time properly and avoid procrastinating to maximise our outcomes and achievement. We managed to connect with the older generations and understand them better.
We wish we could have handled our project more properly and had more time to prepare. In my opinion, I have learned to spend money wisely and appreciate others effort in doing something.
Conclusion
In conclusion, for now, this project has been a success and we will work hard to make a huge impact on the elderly community.
