I am founder of AMU Nutrition. With holistic nutritionist background and community health educator, I understand the importance of holistic well-being.

I started this journey because I healed my daughter’s asthma with food as medicine and the ancient wisdom about body types.

Meet our Founder: Khulan Enktaivan

The bond between a parent and child is nurturing and unwavering in the dedication to ensure a vibrant environment that can build resilience and wisdom. When her young daughter suffered for two years in Mongolia, reacting to the toxic urban environment and not responding to the existing medical treatments, Amu Nutrition Co-Founder, Khulan Enkhtaivan began her search for workable alternative solution and found the answer in the ancient wisdom of Mongolian traditional medicine.

Knowing that these challenges were not unique to her, it became Khulan’s true calling to develop and share nutritious Mongolian hand harvested herbs and earth products that integrate the ancient medicine wisdom with the natural science of Food as Medicine that can enhance wellbeing so all others can thrive.

Khulan moved on from her business career and became a certified Ayurvedic Nutritionist and is dedicated to sharing this ancient wisdom to inspire all to balance one’s life, culture and the environment.
