“Perception is reality”
Purpose of the analysis:
In order to have an “insight” of our institution and have a current reality, we must collect feedback and data from the educative community (stakeholders): students, teachers and families.
This process will help us to make impactful changes or adjustments that will result in general improvement, especially in student performance.

��Parents’ Satisfaction Survey ESPF:
This survey will let us know perceptions and opinions of our parents and families in regard of different items and dimensions about our educative offer and school services in general.
We will make a comparison of the last 3 school years: 20-21, 21-22, 22-23.
General results and main topics to analyze (ESPF).
General satisfaction:
This result shows clearly the positive leadership of our principal, above the net average. Also high scores in topics like: school fee and the general satisfaction of our school is above net average.
Net Promoter Score:
NPS is an indicator used to predict the probability of recommendation or growth between promoters and detractors.
Our survey shows a comparative from 2021 to 2023 in which we can see a sustained decrease in our numbers, but still we continue to be above Net general average score.
Contribution (per section) to the graduate profile:
This result shows that our parent’s perception is that Elementary school need improvement in the contribution of the 10 skills of the graduate profile. There is an action plan for this section, our main focus will be: math, first an second language.

In this important aspect of our pedagogical model, comparing school years 21-22 and 22-23, the survey shows an increase in the perception of our parents regarding our personalized attention with our students.

General Analysis Preschool
We consider this ítems, strenghts of our preschool: coordinator’s attention to parents, safety environment and student’s wellfare and happiness.

Preschool :
There was a slight drop in perception in some áreas (contribution for graduate’s profile): communication and english usage. We are elaborating a specific theory of action for english improvement in preschool.
Preschool :
There is an evident perception about the need of improvement of the level of english in our teachers. We have an institutional English Improvement Plan, which will help teachers to improve their level and be certified with IELTS.
Preschool :
In this area (attention to students with special needs), we have a score slightly below net average. We are working with our psychopedagogical department to continue with their annual plan, monitoring each one of the students.
General Analysis Elementary�
Elementary :
In this area, almost each item is below net average. Interest and commitement, communication skills, problem solving, respect to others. We have an action plan including, critical thinking in all the subjects, active methodologies and a program: “respectfullness trafic light”.
Elementary :
There is a general perception about teachers having a low english level. Also, the lack of projects and experiencies in the second language. We have a specific plan with the EIP (english improvement plan) and the implementation of our pedagogical model and the CAR methodologies will help students to have more experiencies in second language.

Even though, in sports academies we have a score above net average, we need to improve this area, with different actions including teachers training, parent’s attention and general organization.
Elementary :
This area shows a notable improvement. Our psychopedagogical department has been working with a strategic plan with each one of our students with special needs.
General Analysis Middle School�
Middle School :
Parent’s perception of the contribution of middle school to the graduate’s profile is very positive. Score above net average. Still, we are following the plan to work with critical thinking, communication and problem solving skills, as well as respect for others.

English immersion and teacher’s english level is perceived in a positive way. Also, Catholic faith and formation with a score above net average.

Sports academies are considered an asset in Elementary school. Our school score is above average. Still we have a plan to improve this important area.

Perception of attention of students with special needs is positive. Score above net average. Student monitoring has taken place in a timely manner.
General Analysis High School
High School :
Parent’s perception of High School contribution to the graduate profile. Scores above net average. The implementation of our pedagogical model with its 5 pillars, has been very helpful.

Teacher’s english level, english immersion, experiencies in other languages (French) and Catholic faith have a positive score, above net average.
High School :
Sport academies, with a positive perception from parents. Score above net average. Also Cultural academies, which have had a general acceptance and impact with students.

The attention to student with special needs has been improving the current school year. Having a psychologist assigned to this section has been very helpful. There is an action improvement plan, which includes, constant training, coaching and student’s follow up.
Teacher’s Practice Survey
General objective:
It is a teaching practice survey designed to get to know the student’s perception about the strategies and teaching practice to improve students learning.
Students from 6° to 12° grade answer this survey.
There are 4 areas taken in consideration: evaluation, attitude and classroom climate, validation and teaching methodology.

We made a close analysis of the results, identifying areas of opportunity and teachers with low scores in one of the 4 areas.

Cognia surveys applied to parents, teachers and students, in order to get a general perception of our institution.
These surveys help to elaborate theories of action, strategies and decision making process.
Parents Survey
Parents feel that leadership and governance is the most important asset in our school. The lowest score is the perception of teaching and assesing for learning, related to teacher’s practices.

Students survey�Findings:
Students feel comfortable having projects in collaborative work, which is one of our active methologies, according to our pedagogical model.
Also, they like to be challenged, with projects, experiments and active tasks.
