Made the name of the project the snapshot link instead of the word 'snapshot'

We also gave users the option to to rename their projects before sharing snapshot

Additional Options:

Confirm with john whether renaming would affect the link already provided
Do we want to warn them before they rename if they have already shared the snapshot with other people under a different name?

We moved the dropdown from beside the Active Projects on the top to be in line with the other dropdowns on the page (Visibility and Status)

We will be creating a modal to bring attention to not meeting target points (e.g "cannot submit because it does not meet target points to speak with tdm staff for help with using tdm calculator...etc”)

Implement the Admin Version of the FAQs page #1305

Admin Edit function of the FAQ page have been initialized in the development environment based on the approved design mockups.
Please note that the development team is still working on this as we try to fix a few issues, such as

Removing the collapsed all sign on the top left when everything is collapsed, and also for the expand all when everything is expanded
Implementing the warning box pop up when a question is deleted

Follow Up Notes: text is centered when it should not be, and html divs are showing

No warning notice when you trash it. Or when you save�Could have placeholder text that says Answer… for new faq
