Take a couple of minutes and create a quick list of the most common passwords you think people use.

Don’t use something personal thats easy to find out.
Don’t use words in the dictionary.
Don’t tell anyone.
Log off.
Watch the video and note down some of the key ideas that will help you create a strong and unique password. Pause the video when you need to record your note.

Choose a phrase that is meaningful to you. This will help you to remember your password.
