  • Council Directive 2009/119/EC of 14 September 2009, imposing an obligation on MS to maintain minimum stocks of crude oil and / or petroleum products
  • Some modifications come into force from 1st January 2020

This information should be delivered within the MOSOIL questionnaire. So far the information has not been delivered.
