The Community Assembly promotes new ways of engaging with each other, partners, experts, and those directly impacted by social justice issues in order to:

  • develop and strengthen relationships among persons who intentionally live the CSJ mission;
  • understand and support the unique ways individuals and groups are living the mission;
  • engage in significant dialogue around the Acts of Chapter;
  • educate ourselves about emerging needs and resources and

The Community Ask

For the People of Ukraine via the Sisters of St. Basil the Great

Receiving people into their monasteries, offering psychological help to traumatized people, accompanying refugees to the border, helping to feed the hungry, and even weaving camouflage nets for their military.

Sister Marcela’s latest note: Please continue to pray for Ukraine and for our dear courageous sisters who live there. The refugees from Ukraine are arriving in Poland, Romania, even Croatia. Let us open our hearts and help those who are in need.
