Don’t become a second casualty.
Win the fight.
Be aware of your surroundings.
Be prepared to cover a medic moving to you.
Consider moving to a safer or more defendable location.
Organise who will be responsible for the casualty, who will clear the new location, etc.
Especially once bleeds and airways are secure, you can be more hands off with a casualty and focus on the team's safety.

Keep cycling through until a medic arrives, the casualty dies, or you must preserve your own life.
When the medic arrives, stay there, communicate what you have done, and be prepared to help, even if it is pulling security duty.
Do not fix or splint broken bones, find a medic when you aren’t in a firefight.
