Development background and

motivation

• Currently, most E-BIKE on the market only offer locking battery functionality and lack mechanical anti-theft features, which leads to consumer concerns when purchasing e-bikes.
• The theft concerns and provide enhanced anti-theft protection for E-BIKE, we had development of the "E-BIKE Handlebar Lock" anti-theft design.

• Which likes a motorcycle's handlebar lock system. Users not need to carry or install additional anti-theft devices. Whether in urban areas, on streets, or in parking lots, can confidently park E-BIKE.

• This innovative feature requires specialized development to ensure it doesn't compromise the structure or appearance of the E-BIKE while providing enhanced safety, convenience, and usability.

Design Concept

• The lock is integrated design and incorporated within the bicycle frame, aesthetics and preventing damage to the lock core.
• Through fingerprint recognition, allowing for immediate lock/unlock. Additionally, there is the option for key to lock/unlock.

• Integrated design, featuring an ultra-thin cover plate for enhanced waterproofing and a scratch-resistant glass surface for easier cleaning, achieving a more exquisite appearance.
• DEFEND’s specialized key, patent design with special material can protect against drilling, knocking and sawing.

Note : To lock the stem, the stem needs to be rotated to the locking position ,then use fingerprint to lock / unlock. (about 100 degrees to the left)
