Business plan E-EVENTS��

The aims of our company are the publishing of advertising materials and other printings, as well as the organization of cultural, sport, and scientific events.

Our company is a LLC

MISSION: E-EVENTS - a successful company in organising and promoting cultural, sport, and scientific events 

VISION: to become the clients’ first choice in organising events, having a flexible program and offering quality services at affordable prices. 

GENERAL OBJECTIVE: to offer our clients modern services in terms of design and quality standards. 

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

  • organising quality events for companies and the community;
  • making promotion products defined by quality;
  • actions for the improvement of client fidelity;
  • keeping all the employees for the next 3 years, and hiring more people when expanding.

Doing some research, we know that in our area there are few companies (3 - Afacerist.ro - online advertising for companies; Top Advertising - advertising production, bright advertisements; Fistem group - indoor and outdoor advertising agency) that offer advertising services, and with regards to the organisation of cultural, sport, and scientific events there are only three, namely Gianeli SRL, Alidesign, and Proevent.

Therefore, we consider that there is still room for the opening of another company, because all the aforementioned companies do not manage to cover the entire population. The company has a large number of potential customers because there is not much competition.

We think that in our city, but also in our county, there can be major events (film festivals, theatre, music, poetry etc.), sports competitions (handball, football, volleyball, boxing etc.) that we can organise and promote. We can also collaborate for their success with local officials.

There is a great search for services in the field of producing documentaries, presentations, cultural spots, brochures. In the future the demand for cultural products will be very high, due to the fact that Romania is constantly developing at a European level in the field of information art and culture. 

E-EVENTS intends to attract its customers by offering quality services, promptitude, and affordable prices. Customers are both individuals, as well as legal entities.

The company starts its activity in Rm. Vâlcea, situated in Vâlcea County, and we want to expand it in Oltenia Region after the first year of activity. Starting with year three, we intend to work throughout the country. The services we can offer allow the personnel to work in the various locations requested by our clients, both in urban and rural areas.

• Local and county councils

• Companies and individuals, both in Romania and abroad

The advertising will be done through promotional materials - leaflets presenting the activity of the company. A company website will be created, as well as social media pages such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, but the most effective means of promotion will be the customers themselves who will recommend our services and products.

The company is located in a good area, offering a good visibility for the public. It aims to a target market represented by individuals in between 20 and 55 year old with average and above average incomes.

Our pricing strategy is a flexible one, which allows discounts to loyal customers, but without major fluctuations, taking into account the changes that may occur between the demand and the offer on the market. At the same time, the costs of providing our services in the best conditions are considered in order to have the expected quality level.

MANAGEMENT, HUMAN RESOURCES, FINANCIAL PLAN

We estimated the value of the initial investment at 15,000 euros. Associates will contribute in equal amounts. The investment will be fully recovered in the first year of activity, from the net profit made by the company. The money will be used to set up the company at the Trade Register, to obtain all necessary permits and authorizations, to promote our services and to set up a reserve fund of 10,000 euros to pay employees, if, in the first month of activity, the events will be below the number we expect.

STAFF:

Employees must have a secondary education and prove their qualification with a diploma. The staff does not have to follow a fixed schedule.

The manager will actively participate in all decision-making processes within the company, will carefully check the expenses that will be made and, last but not least, will take care of supporting and coordinating the company's activities.

The administrator represents the company before the state authorities, third parties and in court, performs all acts of administration and management of the company.

The director of image and creation – design of the scenario of the development of the events and the supervision of its observance. He is a kind of "master of ceremonies" who turns the vision of the event into reality, carefully following and managing each moment.

The artistic director is the person who needs to know very well what kind of client he manages, what kind of guests will participate in the event, what are their expectations, preferences and especially the social and educational level

The head of the sales department must deal with the relationship with suppliers, maintain and improve these relationships, negotiate prices with them whenever he has to request price offers, make analyzes and comparisons between price offers for products and services. similar.

The graphic designer will take care of everything that means editing and editing the company's databases, both those on customers and those on offers from suppliers and potential suppliers and must periodically update the offers from them.

ESTIMATED INCOME:

  • income from the decoration of the venue (ballroom, garden, etc);
  • income from cake candels;
  • income from the provision of waiter services;
  • income from cooking services;

income from photo and video services.

ESTIMATED EXPENSES :

  • salary expenses;
  • expenses with the raw materials used;
  • expenses for the maintenance of the headquarters;
  • travel expenses.

ADVERTISING EXPENSES

In order to make the company's services as well known as possible, advertising will be made on the local market and in the county.

The costs of these services are estimated at a value of 300 lei / month, and 3,600 lei / year.

To predict the income, we choose one of the most important events in the life of some people, as well as the most common during the summer, namely the organization of receptions.

We estimate a period of five months per year (May, June, July, August and September) for the provision of this service.

In order to prepare the event, it is necessary to involve the following employees:

  • 1 manager-
  • 1 cook-
  • 7 waiters
  • 1 driver
  • 2 people to decorate the venue
  • 1 cameraman
  • 1 photographer

One of the associates will have to participate at the organization of each event.
