There are no rules to creative thinking ! But there is duty of care to design 'with' people rather than 'for' them, or even worse ‘at’ them. Bring your customers, citizens and communities into the process where possible. Get feedback on your ideas to understand what sits well and what needs improvement.

Pick at least two cards, one A-Side card and one B-Side card suitable for your ‘How might we’ statement. Review the pathways listed in the selected cards and adopt them to springboard new ideas.

and/or digital tool
Recommended time: 1.5 to 2 hrs
Suggested team size: 3 to 6 members per group
Note. Introduce diversity in the groups and invite customers, citizens and stakeholders impacted by this behaviour change when possible.
