Talking about racism can be difficult and can invoke trauma.

If you are feeling uncomfortable, unsafe or distressed please feel free to:

-Take some time out from the consultation and take a walk outside

- Do a breathing or mindfulness exercise.

- Drink a glass of water.

- Information about support and reporting services can be found in the consultation slides.

- You can reach out to the facilitators afterwards for a conversation.
