Introduction
The project aims to develop a configurable print button for the O3 platform, enhancing EMR readability and quality.
Starting with patient identification stickers, it will expand to lab labels, discharge documents, and archiving. This phased approach improves healthcare documentation and patient care for MSF/Madiro implementations in Iraq and Burundi.
How to Follow up
To follow the progress of the printing feature, refer to epic O3-3275. This epic tracks all related issues, ensuring organized development and implementation of the print functionality across the O3 platform.

Current State
Make Print Layout Configurable
This focuses on adding ability to select the number of labels and the number of rows and columns to be printed
Add printing user & time stamp
When printing from an EMR, best practice would be to include user & timestamp so that any printed material shows who has printed and when.
Reusable Printing function
It would be better if printing logic is aggregated into a function accessible on each printing requirement.
