Rationale

Federal Entity | هيئة اتحادية

New Curriculum Implementation and Pedagogical Framework

  • Single scope and sequence.

  • Integrated approach to learning and literacy as a core competency.

  • Prioritise skill-based learning and differentiation to meet individual skill-based needs.

  • Data-driven practice for evaluating and planning curriculum implementation.

Expected Improvements

Single core resource, instead of multiple level resources per grade.

A fixed standard per grade to  align horizontally with other EMI subjects.

A single differentiated resource for students that encourages continuous assessment of all student levels.

Analysis of course materials, assessment data and stakeholder consultation will help to better support decision making.
