Breakdown of program expenses

This is a breakdown of expenses for most of our programs

Staff and clinicians cost: 40 to 50%
Buses, truck, food, equipment: 30 to 45%
Uniforms and fees make up the rest

Historically, donation participation rate was 70%, current year rate is 40%
Current year expenses expected to exceeded donations by $50K
Program’s ability to make capital expenditures like new uniforms, instruments and equipment is limited

Parade and Festival Overview

London’s New Year’s Day Parade

Participation in the 39th London’s New Year’s Day Parade.
2.5 miles in length, 8,500 participants.
Start at Piccadilly, down Pall Mall past Trafalgar Square, down Whitehall parallel to the Thames, ending at Westminster Bridge.
500k attendees, 500M global viewers on TV and streaming.

Gala Concert Series (Orchestra)

Concert performance at a prestigious London location.
Technical rehearsal, full professional stage management, production services, and promotion.

Prices and Deposit Schedule

Two options

$3,995 - Full price for all inclusions listed.
$2,770 - “Land Only Price.” All inclusions except flights and airport transfers.

Deposit Schedule

First Deposit (Non-Refundable): $200 per person due January 25th, 2024. Extended to 4/30/2024

Second Deposit: $300 per person due February 23rd, 2024.

Third Deposit: $300 per person due March 25th, 2024.

Fourth Deposit: $400 per person due May 8th, 2024.

Fifth Deposit: $600 per person due September 6th, 2024.

Final Remaining Amount: Due November 27th, 2024.

Contingency Deposit

Allows us to track your interest in attending the parade while making a refundable deposit available to you.
Allows you to get your visa or passport status taken care of before committing to the trip.
This is different from the Non-Refundable Deposit. Making a non-refundable deposit allows us to ensure a spot for you once you pay for the package in full.
