External Services in a Released MO
10 hours
Approved 2 hours
Invoiced 2 hours
Partial service approval and invoiced
Still to be delivered of
8 hours x $100
The Header data is only Statistical total of PO History Details. (therefore it reflects whatever you have from the item po history)
ME2L also shows to be delivered
8 hr x $100
TECO the MO
To close the PO, click “Complete delivery” at the Header
SAVE it
This does not change the Still-to-be-delivered values
The statistics of non-delivered amount was correct.
Closing the PO should not change this statistics because it reflects what was delivered in the PO history and the remaining to be delivered at the Header PO.
(actually there is nothing wrong with this)
To set the “still-to-be-delivered” to zero, change the service
qty = service entry
Note changes not allowed if MO is TECO status
First, cancel the TECO status
Status back to REL
Change the PO service qty = service entry
Still to be delivered is now zero
ME2L
to be delivered
zero
The changes in the PO do not reflect here in the MO (decision to change it here depending on business needs), MO can now be TECO again.
