Upon confirming your booking with us, you will receive this email. Please make sure you read it carefully, including making a note of the event details and checking the venue characteristics. Let us know ASAP if anything needs changing. This email confirms your run of show timings.

👉 Is there anyone else that should receive confirmation or advancing emails? Please send their contact details.
👉 Send us your marketing blurb to be included in our emails (see next slide for more information)
👉 Are there any offers you’d like to promote to audience members (if applicable) e.g. a happy hour, venue hire, services discount or pre-show food discount?
👉 Are there are any specific load-in instructions we need to pass along to our crew and artists? Sometimes the front door is just fine!

Includes information about the artists and is the opportunity for you to provide a marketing blurb for your brand or services and/or any offers you’d like to share with the audience.

You will receive another email re-confirming your event details, venue characteristics and reminding you about the free tickets and marketing opportunities.
We also pop a few extra details in there to remind you about some of the logistics.
If you have any questions or are unsure of anything ahead of your show, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
On the night
Our crew team will arrive to set up the space. The number of people who come depends on the size of your space, however, your main point of contact will always introduce themselves to you when they arrive.
You will also always have an MC, who will speak to you about your key messages to announce or offer you the opportunity to speak.
We hope you too, can sit back, relax and enjoy the show!
