IT Helpdesk portal through the Student Portal

  • Go to the main page of the Student Portal
  • At the top of the page, click on the “New Students” section
  • From the dropdown menu, select “Useful Links”
  • Click on the first link in the list – “IT Helpdesk”

How to Get Help – It’s Easy

  • Go to the Helpdesk Portal (helpdesk.nu.edu.kz)
  • Log in with your student email (Sign in with Google)
  • Click “Submit a ticket”
  • Choose the required service item and fill in all required fields
  • Click on PLACE REQUEST button
  • We will reply and solve it

To get started:

  • Log in to Microsoft Teams (Use your university email and the same password as your PC Account)
  • On the left panel, click “Apps”
  • In the search bar, type “FreshBot”
  • Click Add to install it
  • A chat window will open and just type your questions (like “How do I reset my password”)
