What are Drainage pipe nets?

A drainage pipe net is a net that goes around a drainage pipe, that leads into rivers, streams, lakes and oceans. These pipes have garbage in them which, they are not supposed to have. The garbage in these pipes can lead to polluted water and it can damage an ecosystem.

Our goal

Our goal is to help Vermont on its plastic waste. The U.S. currently has a big plastic waste problem.

Well start local and then hopefully spread around and it catches on to other schools and organization.

We hope to rid our community of plastic and trash and help our local community and environment.

Since doing this would lead to having lots of leaves in a net, so you might need to empty out the net once in a while. Just make sure there’s no plastic or other stuff that should not be thrown out like animals or other stuff in the net. If there is plastic in the net recycle it. But if it is just leaves you could then just throw that out.
